Agribusiness Center Kubrat offers an attractive program for leasing  machinery and technological  equipment.

The leasing scheme is available to both new and existing businesses with the goal of increasing employment in the region.

The clients of the scheme are small and micro businesses, which are looking to increase and improve their productivity and market share.

Requirements:

• To have a viable business idea which will result in the creation of new jobs.
• The company must be registered and working in the municipality of Kubrat.
•  The applicant must have a good local reputation
• Annual sales income of the firm must not exceed 1.000.000 lv
• Total assets of the company must not exceed 800.000 lv
• The company can not employ more than 50 people.

Terms of the Leasing Scheme

• Amount: from 1000 to 20.000 lv
• Grace period: up to 3 months
• Annual interest: Basic interest + 10 %
• Maximum length of lease: 24 months
• Down payment: minimum 20% of the cost of the leased equipment.
• Guarantees: The mortgage will be registered on behalf of the Agribusiness Center Kubrat.
